Auto Translation
Objective:
To effectively translate chat messages for visitors who communicate in a language different from the default language.

Key Steps:
1. Automatic Translation:
- When a visitor initiates a chat in a language different from the default language, the chat will automatically translate to the language of the visitor based on their first message.
2. Translation Icon:
- As an agent, you will see a green translation icon when you receive a chat that is being automatically translated.
- Click on the translation icon to toggle the translation functionalities of "Translate For Me" and "Translate For Visitor" off and back on.
3. Language Selection:
- You can choose the language of messages received from visitors.
- You can also select the language of messages sent to the visitor for effective communication.
Cautionary Notes:
- Ensure that the translation is accurate to avoid miscommunication with the visitor.
- Double-check the translated messages before sending them to ensure clarity and correctness.
Tips for Efficiency:
- Familiarize yourself with common phrases in frequently encountered languages to speed up the translation process.
- Practice using the translation tool to become more proficient in translating messages accurately and quickly.
