Case Transfer
To transfer a case to another team using the transfer button in the chat panel.

Key Steps:
- Click on the transfer button located at the top right corner of the chat panel.
- Select the team where you want to transfer the case to from the drop-down menu.
- Teams available for transfer will have a green dot next to them, while unavailable teams will be grayed out.
- You can still transfer to teams that are not currently available for live chat, such as for SMS and email.
- Once you have selected the team, press confirm to transfer the case.
- The case will be transferred, and it will no longer be visible in your workspace.
Cautionary Notes:
- Ensure that you select the correct team for transfer to avoid misrouting the case.
- Double-check the availability of the team before confirming the transfer.
